FDA Milk Testing Statement

We are aware that the FDA is suspending its quality control testing program for milk known as the state lab proficiency testing and certification. Regardless of the suspension of this program, milk samples from our plants will still be pulled by state regulators and tested monthly. These tests are funded by the states and not the FDA. The suspension of the FDA program will have no impact or require any changes for our processing plants. We will continue our self-monitoring and 3rd party testing programs as normal. Our facilities will not see a change in testing protocols as a result of this announcement.
