We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order date on your receipt. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags, stickers and labels attached. Online purchases may also be returned or exchanged in store.

Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used to make the purchase. We cannot credit any shipping charges for returned items. Central Dairy retains the right to refuse any returned items at their discretion.
It is highly recommended that you place an order for the new item you are exchanging at the same time you are returning your original order. This helps ensure that the new item you want is more likely to be in stock and reduces the turnaround time back to you. Your original purchase will be refunded when it is received and processed by our returns department.
All international shipments must be pre-approved for return. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Redeeming a Coupon
Occasionally we will run promotions and distribute coupons to our customers. If you have a coupon and would like to redeem it, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and then begin the checkout process. Enter the coupon code in the appropriate space on the billing page and the discount will be applied and displayed upon checkout before your order is placed.

As often as possible, we will attempt to keep products on CentralDairy.biz and in our retail stores priced the same. However, there may be times when we have certain promotions in our stores or on CentralDairy.biz when prices may not coincide.
